Our Vision

Transforming Workplace Culture Through Education

Our mission is to transform the workplace into a space where every individual feels valued and secure. Through engaging and effective sexual harassment training, we equip employees and leaders with the skills to identify, address, and prevent harassment. Together, we can create environments where respect, integrity, and inclusivity are the foundation of success.

Dr. Ron Marquardt

Co-Founder

We guarantee the brightest, most engaging, and highly communicative trainers to help your team achieve desired results. We have been providing disciplinary and workplace harassment training since 1983, when MVP Seminars was founded.

The story goes, after earning his Doctorate in Educational Psychology from UC Berkeley, Ron sat down with a cold beer, a pencil, a piece of paper, and Joe Kapp (the head football coach at Cal Berkeley). He then and there began sketching out his dream of building a first-class training company serving corporate America.

It wasn’t an easy task. In the early days, MVP had to compete head-to-head with speakers’ bureaus and meeting planners for opportunities. Fortunately, the Internet helped level the playing field, and the business truly began to thrive. As the workplace harassment prevention field continued to evolve, so did MVP. Today, Ron is easing into semi-retirement with confidence, knowing that Dena and Tom Kelber – our hand-picked president and partners – will lead Employee Harassment Training into many more decades of success and prosperity.
